Fitbody Membership T&C’s
1 month membership:
To be paid for PRIOR to starting your training.
•This is a ONE OFF payment required prior to starting
•Once paid is NON REFUNDABLE & NON DEFERRABLE, you’re occupying a valuable & limited space in a small business.
•Sessions are booked via our app & bookable a week ahead at a time on a first come first serve basis.
• You get: One from mon/tue One from wed/thu One from fri/sat
3 months membership:
(The amount stated is the Direct Debit discount price - any other method of payment does not qualify for the discount I.e cash, cheque, bank transfer)
* Date Collected: 1st of each month
* This is an ongoing Direct Debit
* This agreement has a 3 month minimum, after which is a rolling monthly direct debit.
* This membership rate is a loyalty benefit, If the DD is cancelled the full buy in will be required if you want to come back.
* Cancellation- One CLEAR CALENDAR MONTHS notice is required, this means that there must be one clear month of notice given before the direct debit is cancelled.
* From the start of the next rotation we’ll stop automatic weekly check ins, you can opt back into the weekly accountability check ins, you just need to ask- I’ll remind you this is available monthly via the Facebook member area.
* Once payments are made they are NONE REFUNDABLE
•This is a membership service, if you cancel your direct debit for any reason, & wish to re-join you will be charged the full joining fee to re-join.
•As you pay for 12 group sessions a month, on 5 week months you get a scheduled break. Break weeks are stated on the whiteboard at the unit.
•If you do not complete all 12 sessions they cannot be carried forward to the following month, please continue to manage the booking system by cancelling any sessions you can’t attend- this keeps FitBody fluid in terms of group numbers in the sessions.
•Your slot is not transferable nor deferrable, i.e if for any reason you cannot complete your training you must purchase a slot on the following month if you wish to continue.
Annual membership:
* Amount stated is the annual discount price
* This is a one off upfront payment.

Pregnancy:

Freeze Membership Policy:
• Maximum of 2 freezes per calendar year.
• We require a letter from GP / Physio / Health Professional outlining the issue in order to process a freeze.
